Siren #195: Warlock
Siren #195: Warlock
This Early 20th Century Brass “Witch’s Hat” Phonograph Horn appears to have lived a full life with all of its character, dents, and dings. This horn would have been used with an Edison cylinder phonograph and/or Columbia graphaphone. It would have come with a support crane.
Warlock stands approximately 24” tall with a 10” bell with LOTS of patina and is married to a reclaimed pine beam from a house on the 300 block of Park Ave. in Swarthmore, PA. Finished with Betty’s Board Butter (beeswax & mineral oil). You may wish to re-oil your base occasionally. If your phone has stereo options you may want to play around with mono and stereo settings to see which you prefer.
Warlock is now playing tunes at our friend Emma du Long’s new market in Pottstown, PA. https://www.reddogmarketpa.com
