Our Sawdust Sirens are old style acoustic amplifiers for your new phone's speaker. Simply put your phone in and have a listen.

This particular antique/vintage car horn is approximately 11” tall with a 3” bell with lots of patina and married to a base made from a fallen Japanese Yew from Tyler Arboretum. The whole piece is about 13.5” tall x 5.75” wide x 9” deep. The base is finished with Betty’s Board Butter (beeswax & mineral oil). You may wish to re-oil your base occasionally. Each Siren is signed on the bottom of the base with the siren # and name. This type of horn would have been mounted on the side of a car or motorcycle and used to have a reed and rubber ball attached to it.

If your phone has stereo options you may want to play around with mono and stereo settings to see which you prefer.
