Our Sawdust Sirens are old style acoustic amplifiers for your new phone's speaker. Simply put your phone in and have a listen.

These particular antique/vintage brass car horns ae married to a reclaimed white oak bases with all their original cracks & character and finished with Betty’s Board Butter (beeswax and mineral oil). These types of horns would have been mounted on the side of a car or motorcycle and used to have a reed and rubber ball attached to them.

Siren #247 (photos 1-3): The whole piece is approximately 11” tall x 5.75” wide x 7” deep with a 5.75” bell, Siren #248 (photos 4-8): The whole piece is approximately 11.5” tall x 6” wide x 7.25” deep with a 5.75” bell.

You may wish to re-oil your base occasionally. Each Siren is signed on the bottom of the base with the siren # and name. If your phone has stereo options you may want to play around with mono and stereo settings to see which you prefer.
